1. Digital Products & All Sales Final

Due to the irrevocable, immediate, and downloadable nature of digital files (once files are accessed or downloaded, they cannot technically be "returned"), all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed and download links have been generated/sent.
